With this model, you would retain a recruiter's time on contract and they will work on filling one role with a percentage-based fee schedule relative to the annual salary of the role filled
Set goals, understand talent needs and prioritize roles needing filled. Develop ideal candidate profiles and market opportunities.
Contact active and passive candidates matching ideal profile.
A, B and C rated candidates are sent along for interviews. If offer not extended, search is refined and starts again.
Accept offers, start onboarding and CMax support team building & retention as needed. .
