Our History

We learned that strong team performance begins with a strong foundation, leaders who are aligned to the strategy, and highly capable team members.


As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are well positioned with proven methodologies and approaches to consult with our clients to improve their performance.

For more than 15 years, we have consulted with leaders to improve the performance of their teams. We have worked with a wide variety of organizations including non-profits, start-up businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Our team is highly skilled and our approaches are proven to improve team performance.


Whether it was building a talent pipeline, developing and delivering a leader program or helping a business owner complete a strategic plan, our goal was to build strong teams that would generate strong business performance.

We delivered some great results, and the opportunity to provide our services to additional companies increased.  This led to significant growth and an expansion of our services and markets. Growth became our purpose, which we found isn’t a sustainable purpose. As a result, we experienced some challenges and had to take a step back and reevaluate the services we offer, the people on our team, and the values we live by. We also had to persevere.
