Periodic Support
Small companies may not have an on-going need, but require consultation when a specific issue arises. For these clients, we perform an annual review of their HR function and provide consultations as needed.
Monthly Support
Some companies are able to complete certain HR initiatives internally but need help with specific HR items. We work closely with our client’s team to provide additional resources and expertise to ensure all HR services are delivered effectively.
Outsourced Support
Under this approach, a CMax specialist works closely with the client’s leaders to determine the HR initiatives needed to support the organization’s goals, offering continual progress updates.
