  • Clients receive a 90 day money-back guarantee for all candidates hired
  • We fill positions quickly through our network of high-potential candidates
  • We invest our time to identify top candidates and only require a payment if the candidate we refer is hired
  • Clients pay a monthly fee, which continues through the individual’s first year of employment
  • The subscription will terminate automatically if the role is not filled within 60 days
  • If the position becomes open in the first year of employment, the role will be re-filled at no additional charge
  • Under no circumstance will the client pay more than 12 months of fees for a specific role
